January Newsletter

We hope that you all had a great Christmas break.  We have rapidly reached the second semester of the 2019-2020 school year! We look forward to another semester of learning and fun! Welcome, 2020!

Kindergarten registration is now open, and we can’t wait to help your child learn and thrive in our Kindergarten class for the 2020-2021 school year that begins August 3, 2020!  Register for Kinder now and don’t’ pay for books! See Mrs. Johana for more details.

Please help us avoid other children being exposed by keeping our children home if they are experiencing any of the following symptoms.  Unusual crankiness, extremely tired or sleepy, fever registering 101, vomiting, diarrhea, head lice, continuous cough, major headache, stomach pain, abnormal fatigue and redness of eyelids with discharge.

NOTE: Your child will not be allowed to return to school for 24 hours after fever or Diarrhea. Please do not bring your child to the school if your child is too ill to participate in the preschool routine.

Parents, we encourage you to bring a well-balanced lunch for your child every day. Always include protein, FRUITS, and VEGETABLES, yes VEGETABLES, we will encourage your child to eat them here, and a small dessert (we prefer you don’t pack a dessert) we also prefer that you provide water or a 100% Fruit drink. Please let me know if you need lunch ideas, as always, I’ll be glad to help. Please be reminded that school lunches are only for emergency situations and MUST be paid the day they are provided. Cash only, please.
